Frontier Airlines has announced the return of nonstop service between its Denver (DEN) hub and both Harrisburg (MDT) and Knoxville (TYS).
Both routes will operate with three weekly nonstop flights beginning on 22 April.
“We are excited to bring back our low fares to residents in east Tennessee and central Pennsylvania,” remarked Daniel Shurz, Frontier’s senior vice-president, commercial. “Travellers in the area will enjoy our low fares to Denver and other destinations in the west aboard our comfortable A319 aircraft.”
The service to Denver complements Frontier’s year-round nonstop service between Harrisburg and Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Beginning 16 May, the days of operation for the Harrisburg service will be Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday and the days of operation for Knoxville will be Monday/Wednesday/Friday. All services will use Airbus A319s.
