Due to its white label operations for Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) increasing in scale, Flybe is growing its fleet of ATR-72 aircraft from three to five ATR-72 aircraft.
“I would like to thank all parties involved for their co-operation in concluding local union agreements in Sweden,” commented Saad Hammad, Flybe’s CEO. “With immediate effect, this means we at Flybe can scale up our operations in Stockholm on behalf of SAS. It signals the start of a bright new future.”
The announcement follows on from the news that Collective Bargaining Agreements have been unanimously agreed with both the pilot and cabin crew workforce employed by GEC for Flybe's white label operation with SAS.
