The beginning of Flybe’s 2015 winter schedule from Southampton Airport has been marked by the launch of a new daily route to Dusseldorf, Germany, which will operate during the evenings until 26 March, 2016.
Flybe’s chief commercial officer, Paul Simmons, stated, “We’re committed to bolstering regional connectivity across the UK and into Europe and our new Dusseldorf service is a clear indication of this commitment. We look forward to welcoming many new passengers on board in the upcoming months.”
Dave Lees, Managing Director of Southampton Airport, added, “Germany is the country most requested from Southampton Airport, so we are delighted that Flybe is starting flights to Dusseldorf.”
Flybe’s 2015 winter schedule from Southampton Airport offers 18 routes with a choice of up to 484 flights per week.
