Flybe is launching four brand new routes as part of its 2016 Summer schedule, with two of those – seasonal daily services starting on 1 August from Hannover to Lyon and Milan – marking the airline’s entry into the intra-European scene for the first time.
In addition to the two routes from Hannover (which run until 29 October), there is a new daily service from Manchester to Lyon, also beginning on 1 August, plus the third route to be operated under the UK Government’s Regional Air Connectivity Fund, between Dundee and Amsterdam which will be a seasonal service starting on 23 May and running until 29 October.
Amsterdam is Dundee’s first international destination, providing regional customers quick and convenient access to the numerous onward travel connections available from Amsterdam Schiphol airport.
Flybe will also be the airline flying to Lyon out of Manchester Airport, linking two key business centres that were not previously connected with a direct daily service.
