Flybe has announced a new weekly summer service from Humberside Airport to Malaga for 2010 with seats already on sale for travel effective 29 May to 11 September.
The new Saturday route, operated in partnership with Humberside Airport will be the first ever scheduled service to Malaga from the airport. It will be operated by one of the airline’s 118-seat Embraer 195s and expands Flybe’s presence at the airport from where it began operating its successful Jersey route last year.
Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield will benefit from Flybe’s popular route to Jersey being upped from three to four flights per week throughout summer 2010. Jodi Stow, the airport’s marketing and communications manager, commented, “We are delighted that Flybe has decided to increase the number of flights from Robin Hood Airport to such a wonderful destination, which has proven popular with our passengers.”
Flybe’s Jersey service from Doncaster Sheffield will now depart on a Tuesday, Thursday Saturday and Sunday from April 2010 and is currently bookable until October 2010. The airline also offers a six times weekly service to Belfast City from Robin Hood Airport.
