Firefly is introducing a new service targeted at frequent flyers, FlyPremier, to strengthen its new tagline, ‘Beyond Convenience’.
FlyPremier allows passengers one free flight change, an additional 10 kg baggage allowance, access to the Firefly Biz Zone at the Subang Skypark Terminal, priority baggage, free seat selection and the opportunity to earn Enrich Miles.
Passengers are given the option to purchase each FlyPremier product individually, but the FlyPremier package offers a 40% discount off each individual service.
“With FlyPremier, a single-click will allow our guests to pre-select all the convenience required by a frequent traveller, effectively making the booking process faster and easier,” claimed Firefly CEO, Ignatius Ong. “We at Firefly remain focused on our goal of delivering profitable and sustainable returns over the long term.”
FlyPremier is available for all of the airline’s flights, with flight changes available up to two hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to fare difference. Flight changes can be performed via Firefly’s website, ticketing offices or call centre.
