Firefly has announced that it will enhance its flight operations by offering a return check-in facility for passengers travelling on the same day, so passengers travelling to a destination and returning to its origin on the same day, will be able to pre check-in for their return when checking-in for the outbound leg.
“We are confident that this service is going to be popular, primarily among business travellers, as they can now avoid queues at check-in counters when returning. Our passengers can also enjoy this facility with no cost, plus will secure more personal time at their destination with no rush to the airport, especially during peak hours of the day,” said explained Angelina Fernandez, Firefly’s head of marketing and communications.
“This service is a part of Firefly’s continuous mission to further improve and offer valuable customer service experiences to our passengers,” she added.
For return check-in during same-day travel, passengers must personally check-in for both sectors at the originating route, with no check-in luggage for the return sector.
