Frontier Airlines has reported its preliminary traffic results for February 2011.
Revenue passenger miles (RPMs) increased by 2% to 852,627,000 from 835,203,000 while available seat miles (ASMs) were cut by 3% to 1,113,396,000 from 1,146,750,000 in February 2010.
The February load factor thus increased by 4 percentage points to 77% compared with 73% in the same month last year, its twelfth consecutive record monthly load factor. During February Frontier Airlines served 960,675 passengers, a slight increase from February 2010’s figure of 957,877.
