tEmbraer’s first E195 aircraft was delivered to Flybe on 1 September 2006, marking ten years since the type entered into service.
Since then, Embraer has delivered 150 E195s to 17 airlines around the globe. Today, Azul is the carrier flying the biggest number of the type – it has a fleet of 66 E195 aircraft operating on domestic routes in Brazil.
As the largest of the E-Jet family, the E195 offers a capacity of up to 122 seats and is also flying with airlines including Aurigny Air Services, Arkia Israeli Airlines and Hainan Airlines.
