easyJet’s traffic figures for March 2015 show a 1.1 percentage point increase in load factor from 91.5% in March 2014 to 92.6% for the same month this year.
There was an increase in passenger numbers from 5,107,676 to 5,490,337 across the respective periods, equating to a rise of 7.5%.
The airline also released figures for the rolling load factor and passenger numbers for the twelve months ending 31 March 2015, during which time there was a passenger increase of 6.7%. The load factor increased by 1.4 percentage points from 89.5% in the 12 months to 31 March 2014 to 90.9% for the twelve months ending 31 March 2015.
