Revenue Management Systems (RMS) has been chosen by Cape Air to provide revenue management, inventory control, and reporting tools.
Cape Air will use airRM, the revenue management software developed by RMS, to help identify sales opportunities and maximise passenger revenues. The software allows airlines to closely control pricing and analyse performance through a suite of features.
“After an exhaustive evaluation period where we compared a number of different revenue management systems vendors, we chose RMS’s airRM as our revenue management system,” said Greg Bishop, the airline’s manager of pricing and revenue. “The flexibility of airRM combined with its incorporation of ATPCo, competitive fare, DOT, web analytics, CDD, IND, TCN, and VCR data was something we had never seen before in a single tool. When we considered RMS’s dedication to customer service, there was no real choice. airRM is not a traditional revenue management system solely focused on forecast and optimisation. In addition to offering the latest forecast and optimisation technologies, the system boasts an impressive suite of reporting, analysis, pricing, and executive level tools that will be used throughout Cape Air.”
