The customer services team at Bombardier Commercial Aircraft has presented awards to suppliers and operators which have achieved exceptional operational performances over the last year at a ceremony during the company’s European Regional Review event held in Munich, Germany.
The awards recognise operators of CRJ regional jets and Q-Series turboprops which logged dispatch reliability rates above 99% during 2014. Two suppliers were also given In-Service Supplier Top Achievement Recognition (STAR) Awards for excellence in providing support to Bombardier customers.

These awards demonstrate the commitment that both Bombardier and its customers have to each other – and it highlights the importance on developing and preserving lasting relationships with both our operators and suppliers," opined Todd Young, VP customer services, Bombardier Commercial Aircraft. "Additionally, with the continued investment in our Q-Series and CRJ Series aircraft programmes, and as we approach the CSeries aircraft's entry-into-service it's a great time to share our collective best practices and recognise achievements.”
