Dragon Aviation Leasing has taken delivery of four of the ten 737-800s it has on order from Boeing.
Once the full ten jets are delivered, Dragon Aviation Leasing's fleet of 737-800s will total 17, marking the company’s significant response to an increased demand for fuel-efficient single-aisle aircraft.
“Dragon Aviation Leasing is committed to providing our customers with market-leading products and the 737-800 is a perfect fit for our current business model,” remarked Jean-Louis Chevrot, Dragon Aviation Leasing’s CEO. “The 737's superior efficiency and reliability will enable us to meet the growing demands of our customers who are expanding or replacing their aging fleets.”
“We are honoured that the 737 NextGen will continue to play an integral role in the long-term success of Dragon Aviation Leasing's commercial aircraft business,” added Ihssane Mounir, SVP of sales in Northeast Asia for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. “We look forward to strengthening our partnership with Dragon Aviation Leasing as they continue to bolster their fleet with 737s and expand their business regionally.”
