BOC Aviation has delivered the first of three new Airbus A321ceo aircraft to Interjet, which is also the airline’s first of the type.
The remaining two aircraft of the type are scheduled to be delivered to Interjet during the fourth quarter of 2016. All three aircraft are from BOC Aviation’s existing order book.Jose Luis Garza, CEO of Interjet, commented, “This A321, the first in our fleet, will be used by Interjet on high-density domestic and international flights operations from Mexico City, raising our efficiency in this airport.”“We are pleased to have Interjet as our newest customer from North America as it grows from strength to strength,” stated BOC Aviation’s managing director and CEO, Robert Martin. “We continue to provide tailor-made fleet solutions for our customers seeking reliable and fuel-efficient aircraft.”
