From 26 September 2016, passengers will be able to book flights, car hire and accommodation via bmi regional’s website thanks to the airline’s new exclusive partnerships with Sixt and Booking.com.
Direct links from bmiregional.com will enable passengers to enjoy up to 15% off a variety of vehicles and other upcoming ground transport solutions with Sixt. The airline’s customers will be able to hire Sixt vehicles across all of bmi regional’s 32 destinations in the UK and Europe.
Jochen Schnadt, bmi regional’s chief commercial officer, commented, “The partnership with Sixt is all part of our ongoing growth strategy to improve our product offering and enable greater convenience for all passengers. With car hire it means passengers can now enjoy a door to door high quality experience with bmi regional, all booked via our website. Like bmi regional, Sixt is also an independent company (Sixt is family managed, and bmi privately owned) meaning both businesses can be nimble and innovative in meeting our combined clients’ needs.
