bmi regional has begun operating its seventh and eighth routes from Bristol Airport, with flights from Paris Charles De Gaulle taking place twice a day from Monday to Friday alongside one flight on Sunday, whilst flights to Düsseldorf fly six times a week (Sunday–Friday).
“The launch of bmi regional’s Paris and Düsseldorf routes from Bristol marks another milestone in our expansion. The double-daily weekday service to Paris Charles De Gaulle is conveniently timed for business passengers who can now have a full day of business in the French capital, rather than having to overnight,” commented Peter Simpson, CEO of bmi regional. “Düsseldorf is the centre of the Rhine-Ruhr and an international business and financial hub, renowned for its fashion and trade fairs, and bmi regional is the only airline to connect businesses in the South West [of the UK] directly to the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia.”
bmi regional also serves Aberdeen, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Milan and Nantes from Bristol. This makes Düsseldorf the carrier’s fourth Bristol–Germany route.
