Blue1 is to start operations between Tallinn and Helsinki on 31 January 2011, operating twice daily on weekdays on once each on Saturday and Sunday with ATR 72s in co-operation with Estonian Air.
The new Tallinn–Helsinki service is designed to help Blue1 further strengthen its hub at Helsinki Airport and to offer a competitive business timetable from Tallinn to Helsinki with excellent connections to Blue1 and Star Alliance destinations in Finland, Scandinavia and Europe.
“Blue1 is very excited in entering the Estonian market in January,” declared says Juha Järvinen, VP Commercial Blue1. “We will offer good connections to cities, like Oulu, Amsterdam, London Heathrow, Brussels, Paris, Zurich, Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin.”
