Bangkok Airways and Air Astana have entered into a codeshare agreement, increasing the former’s codeshare partners to 19.
The new partnership will seamlessly enable passengers of Air Astana to connect with tourist destinations across Bangkok Airways’ 11 Thai destinations and 13 destinations in neighbouring countries.
Bangkok Airways’ SVP network management, Peter Wiesner, remarked, “This new codeshare agreement with Air Astana is yet another important milestone and an exciting development in the continued growth of Bangkok Airways. It allows us to give Air Astana’s customers convenient, seamless access to Thailand’s popular destinations through this partnership.”
“Bangkok Airways has grown to become a highly respected Asian carrier with a comprehensive network throughout the region, and they have a deservedly excellent reputation for service,” added Peter Foster, Air Astana’s president. “As a similarly high quality airline, Air Astana is delighted with a codeshare agreement which will significantly enhance the links between our two regions.”
