Azul Brazilian Airlines has successfully installed Amadeus’s Altéa Reservation and ticketing platform.
The airline has decided to modernise its IT systems to accommodate a new business model, which has expanded from point-to-point services to include long-haul, low-fare routes to destinations including Fort Lauderdale/Miami and Orlando.
Amadeus’s Altéa Reservation platform was installed in three months, allowing Azul’s international flights to be viewed, searched and purchased through any sales channel both direct and indirect, including connections via any distribution system.
