American Airlines Group has reported August 2015 traffic data for the subsidiary airlines and partner carriers flying under the American Eagle brand.
Revenue passenger miles (RPMs) totalled 2,110,350,000 in August 2015, an increase of 7.6% over the 1,961,124,000 recorded last August. Available seat miles (ASMs) were increased by 5.1% to 2,602,087,000 from 2,474,711,000.
The load factor thus rose to 81.1%, up 1.9 percentage points from August 2015’s 79.2%. Operators under the Eagle brand carried 4,901,891 passengers compared with 4,594,799 carried last August, a 6.7% increase.
