American Eagle Airlines will begin nonstop weekend service between Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Pensacola Gulf Coast Regional Airport (PNS) on 12 June, operating the service with 50-seat Embraer ERJ 145s.
"American Eagle is pleased to reintroduce weekend service between Pensacola and our hub in Chicago," said Gary Foss, vice-president – planning and marketing for the AA Regional Network. "Combined with our daily nonstop service from Dallas/Fort Worth and new service from Miami starting 6 April, customers throughout the Pensacola Bay area will have even greater access to American’s global network."
Flights depart Chicago O’Hare each Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 and arrive in Pensacola at 13:05. The return service leaves Pensacola at 13:30, reaching Chicago O’Hare at 15:55 (all times local).
