American Airlines Group has reported combined July 2015 traffic figures for its subsidiaries and partner airlines operating regional services under the American Eagle brand.
Revenue passenger miles (RPMs) totalled 2,191,846,000, compared with 2,012,437,000 in July 2014, an 8.9% increase. Available seat miles (ASMs) were increased by 6.5% to 2,635,239,000 from 2,475,066,000.
The load factor therefore went up by 1.9 percentage points to 83.2% from last July’s 81.3%. During July 2015, the carriers transported 5,064,691 passengers, 7.9% more than the 4,695,226 carried in the same month last year.
