Allegiant has begun new service from three new cities to Orlando/Sanford airport with flights from Dayton, Ohio; Flint, Michigan; and Richmond, Virginia.
“Allegiant is very excited to launch these three new routes to the Orlando area,” remarked Jude Bricker, Allegiant chief operating officer. “We’ve seen continuous growth in the number of visitors we bring to the destination each year since Allegiant began service almost 11 years ago. We’re looking forward to bringing more visitors to the theme-park capital of the world.”
The three new routes will operate twice weekly and expand on the service that Allegiant currently operates to Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). With the new routes, which the airline says will bring nearly 103,000 additional visitors each year to the Orlando area, Allegiant now flies from 64 cities into the Orlando area.
