TECHNIC ONE is receiving help from AJW Group to set up a new technical/maintenance facility for Sukhoi Super Jet (SSJ) and MC-21 aircraft based in Ulyanovsk Vostochny, Russia.
The facility will consist of a spare parts pool and a component repair service for the aforementioned aircraft types as well as a spare parts centre for CFM56 engines. The objective is to build a centre which will support a network of technical support branches across Russia and around the globe with help from AJW’s 24/7 AOG and logistics team and AJW Technique, the company’s component repair facility based in Montreal.
At the MRO Europe exhibition in London, Mukharbek Aushev, CEO of TECHNIC ONE, commented, “The Russian Government fully endorses and supports the programme. We are seeking support from leading Western organisations that have experience of our marketplace and share our vision.”
