airBaltic to start three new routes

On 3 May, airBaltic will start operating three new routes, two domestic services in Finland – Tampere–Rovaniemi and Lappeenranta–Kuopio – plus an international service between Riga and Rovaniemi.

airBaltic will fly from Tampere to Rovaniemi four times a week – Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays – with the return services from Rovaniemi to Tampere operating on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Passengers will board a Fokker 50 for a flight that will last for an hour and 40 minutes.

The Lappeenranta–Kuopio will operate four times a week – Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from Lappeenranta and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from Kuopio. The 50 minute flights will also be served by Fokker 50 aircraft.

From its main base in Riga, airBaltic will fly to Rovaniemi four times a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The return flights from Rovaniemi will operate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Again, Fokker 50s will operate the service, this time with a flight time of 3 hours and 25 minutes.
