airBaltic has announced its passenger numbers and load factor for September 2010.
During the month the airline carries 318,807 passengers, 16% more than the 275,139 carried in September 2009. The load factor also increased, by 1 percentage point, to 73%.
These increases came as the airline increased its number of flights in September to 5,296 from 4,236 in the same month last year, a 25% rise.
During the first nine months of the 2010, airBaltic transported a total of 2,519,324 passengers, 21% more than during the same period in 2009, when the total number of passengers was 2,075,734. The load factor for the nine-month period remained the same level as in the same period in 2009, namely 69%.
