airBaltic carried 365,839 passengers in June 2011 from its three main hubs in Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn, a 7% increase compared with the same month in 2010, when the airline carried 340,586 passengers.
In June this year, the number of passengers going through North Hub Riga increased by 13% compared with the same period last year.
During the first half of 2011 (1H11), airBaltic transported a total of 1,588,712 passengers, an increase of 8% over 1H10’s figure of 1,472,089.
The airline’s load factor in June 2011 was 79%, which was 7 percentage points more than in June 2010. For 1H11 the load factor was 71%, up 6 pp over 1H10.
