Air Wisconsin has revealed numerous changes and promotions within its senior leadership team.
Captain Bob Frisch will report directly to the carrier’s president and CEO Christine Deister in his new position as SVP and chief operating officer. Frisch will lead all Air Wisconsin operations and departments in support of the company's Flying, Maintenance and Customer Service functions. Previously VP flight operations and labor relations, Frisch will continue to be responsible for all Labor Relations functions for the company.
Laurie Martin, previously managing director of inflight services, is set to become VP inflight and customer service. Reporting directly to Frisch, Martin will continue to be in charge of inflight crew resources, training, on-board product and contract policy administration as well as now being responsible for all customer service functions of the airline and will also lead the flight administration department.
Finally, continuing to report to Deister, Chris White has been promoted from managing director of safety to VP safety and security. Along with his current role of leading all safety functions for Air Wisconsin, White will additionally be responsible for all security functions throughout the organisation including liaison and interface with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
