Air Arabia has announced the launch of services on 2 November to Rostov, its fifth destination in Russia and 81st destination worldwide.
The carrier will offer twice-weekly services between Sharjah and Rostov on Tuesdays and Fridays. Flights will leave Sharjah at 22:40 and arrive in Rostov at 02:55 the next day. Return flights will depart Rostov on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 03:55 and arrive in Sharjah at 07:55 (all times local).
“The introduction of direct services to Rostov underscores Air Arabia’s commitment to make air travel more convenient for our passengers,” said Adel Ali, group chief executive officer, Air Arabia. “We will continue to focus on our route expansion strategy in the Russian Federation and Eastern European sectors where we have launched a number of new destinations since the beginning of this year. We are confident that the new service will offer our customers a great choice for affordable travel and further contribute to the strong trade and tourism relations between the UAE and Russia.”
The new service to Rostov complements Air Arabia’s existing services to Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Kazan and Uffa.
