Aegean Airlines has revealed a new mobile website designed to fulfil its customers’ needs in taking increased control of the travel experience and to provide them with all the travel tools needed while on the move.
The services incorporated into Aegean’s mobile site include: mobile check-in all airports and mobile boarding pass in all domestic airports; Miles&Bonus frequent flyer programme access; retrieval of bookings and access to flight details instantly; the ability to find all Aegean and partner flights or download the complete flight schedule; a pool of services to cover travel needs; news, offers and travel guides for all Aegean destinations.
Customers will also have the ability to link with one click to the airline’s pages on Facebook and Twitter. All these services are being offered in six languages (Greek, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish).
Along with the new mobile site, Aegean has developed an application for iPhone users that utilises the handset capabilities so as to provide the entire mobile site service portfolio as well as additional features that are handset specific. Extra features include: saving a mobile boarding pass for offline access at any point; saving personal information (name, Miles&Bonus member details) once for quick and easy access to the mobile services; and a parking finder to help a custoemr remember where his/her car is parked at the airport.
