90% of Ryanair’s August flights were on-time

Of more than 57,000 Ryanair flights conducted during August, 90% arrived on-time, meaning the carrier maintained its August 2014 performance levels.Complaints have increased slightly, but are still less than one per 1,000 passengers. In August 2014, the complaints were 0.54 per 1,000, which has grown to 0.66 per 1,000 passengers for the same month this year. Nonetheless, Ryanair has still managed to answer 99% of complaints within seven days, the same as in August 2014.
