Norwegian has announced that from November 2015, it will operate four non-stop services from Puerto Rico to Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo and London.
“The response we’ve had on our intercontinental destinations has been overwhelming and it is obvious that affordable fares were scarce before Norwegian entered the market. This makes it even more enjoyable to add more destinations to our route map of more than 100 destinations. We are looking forward to welcoming new and returning customers on our new routes from Puerto Rico to Europe,” remarked Norwegian’s chief commercial officer Thomas Ramdahl.
Norwegian has crew bases in New York, Fort Lauderdale and London and these routes across the Atlantic will be operated by those US-based and London-based crewmembers.
From San Juan, Puerto Rico, to London Gatwick there will be two weekly departures on Wednesdays and Saturdays, beginning on 4 November. Copenhagen will get one weekly return service, operating on Fridays from 6 November. Stockholm and Oslo will also have one weekly return service each operating on Tuesdays and Sundays respectively. The start date for the Stockholm service is 3 November, with the Oslo service commencing two days earlier on 1 November.
