Trenchard Aviation Group has opened a new facility on the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius, as part of efforts to better serve its long-standing customer, Air Mauritius.
Traditionally, Trenchard Aviation Group has provided a dry cleaning service for Air Mauritius as well as the cutting and sewing of seat covers from its UK base near Gatwick Airport. The new facility will enable Trenchard Aviation Group to deliver a full service with a faster turnaround time and at a reduced cost, and explore further opportunities in the Indian Ocean market.
Mark Faulkner, Trenchard Aviation Group’s CEO, commented: “Trenchard Aviation Group has been providing a great service for the flag carrier airline of Mauritius for a number of years. With our latest facility near to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport in Mauritius, we will not only be able to enhance that service but also make a unique offer to potential new customers.”
