STG Aerospace has appointed John Rowe as the company’s new agent for the Australasian region.
Mr Rowe brings with him more than 40 years of experience in the aviation industry, from sales and project management through to business development. Prior to 26 years at Aviation Equipment, Mr Rowe spent 21 years at Hawker de Havilland, with responsibility for aircraft production and the engine repair and overhaul division, supervising in excess of 500 employees. John also spent two years with British Aerospace Australia.“This is an exciting time for STG as the company enjoys growing success in the global market place. I aim to put my years of experience into practice helping grow the business further,” said Mr Rowe.“John’s tremendous track record makes him an excellent addition to the team,” commented STG Aerospace’s chief executive, Richard Moore. “Australasia is a region of growing importance for us, evidenced by a recent order from Australia’s second largest operator, Virgin Australia, for all Embraer E190 aircraft in its 90-strong fleet. John’s experience and industry knowledge will help us expand the business across the region.”
