From 3 February, Southwest Airlines (Southwest) is launching a sweepstake to give fans of music group Imagine Dragons (pictured) a chance to experience the band on tour as well as a performance at 35,000 feet during Southwest’s ‘Live at 35’ in-flight concert.
The competition celebrates Imagine Dragons’ newest album, ‘Smoke + Mirrors’. The album tour consists of intimate concerts for fans in four cities that hold a special place in the band's history, with Southwest in charge of flying the band from coast to coast.
The prize will see one winner and three friends receive a four-day, three-night Imagine Dragons experience, including travel to Las Vegas to attend the Imagine Dragons concert; prime seating on Southwest's Ultimate Destination Dragons Flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta, experiencing Imagine Dragons perform a ‘Live at 35’ concert in the sky; VIP seating at the Atlanta Imagine Dragons concert; and a meet-and-greet with the band.
Furthermore, beginning 17 February, passengers travelling on Southwest aircraft equipped with in-flight Wi-Fi can enjoy the new album, Smoke + Mirrors, which will be provided by Beats Music on the airline’s entertainment portal.
Anne Murray, senior director of marketing communications at Southwest, commented, “We know that music is important to our customers and our partnership with Imagine Dragons uniquely extends our brand to customers in a way that fuels that passion. Hopefully, when fans want to jet-set across the country to a concert, they'll think of Southwest.”
