Passengers in all cabin classes flying to 47 international destinations aboard Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) can now access Wi-Fi services.
On six of these routes, to Los Angeles, Washington, New York, London Heathrow, Manchester and Dubai, passengers in Guest Class (economy) can access complimentary Wi-Fi for a 20 minute segment, after which several packages are available for purchase.
Passengers travelling in first and business class will receive a complimentary Wi-Fi session on all 47 routes (quota provided varies by route).
Packages may be purchased in advance of travel, with a code sent directly by email and to a mobile device, or passengers may use their e-ticket number as the Wi-Fi access code.
The on-board Wi-Fi experience is simple and easy to use with a two-step login process which the guest can select upon choosing their desired package.
Saudia uses SITAONAIR’s in-flight Wi-Fi hub to provide seamless in-flight internet connectivity. The user experience has been enhanced with faster speeds, a new sleeker, more intuitive design, with improved navigation and user interface.
The Wi-Fi service is available on to the following destinations:
Alexandria, Algiers, Ankara, Baghdad, Bahrain, Beirut, Bombay, Cairo, Casablanca, Chennai, Cochin, Colombo, Delhi, Dhaka, Dubai, Frankfurt, Geneva, Guangzhou, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Istanbul, Jakarta, Johannesburg, Karachi, Khartoum, Kuala Lumpur, Kuwait, London, Los Angeles, Lucknow, Madrid, Maldives, Manchester, Manila, Mauritius, Milan, Multan, Munich, New York, Paris, Rome, Sharm El Sheikh, Singapore, Toronto, Trivandrum, Tunis, and Washington.
