Stobart Air has extended its partnership with Retail inMotion for up to four more years. The companies have worked together since 2010, and Retail inMotion now provides them with more than forty devices for processing payments on board their flights.

Additionally, Stobart Air uses Retail inMotion’s vPack module to help manage effective operations for the airline’s on-board services, master control modules to maintain and monitor back-office functions, and vRec to reconcile sales and inventory.

Graeme Buchanan, managing director of Stobart Air, said, “Retail inMotion provide valuable customer insight, expert procurement knowledge, and stock and inventory management, all of which aids us in keeping our standards of customer service high.

“We are a growing airline with ambitious plans, including route network expansion, fleet modernisation, and pilot recruitment. Working with Retail inMotion allows us to plan for the future with the secure knowledge that we will deliver an ever-improving in-flight experience to our passengers.”
