Norwegian has chosen Global Eagle Entertainment (GEE) for its in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) offering on-board the airline’s new flights to the Caribbean.
Norwegian recently announced the launch of routes from Boston, Baltimore/Washington, D.C. and New York City to two Caribbean destinations: the Guadeloupe Islands and Martinique.
"GEE is proud to be aboard Norwegian’s new airline as the provider of in-flight connectivity and entertainment services,” commented Dave Davis, CEO of GEE. “It’s an exciting and natural extension of our agreement with Norwegian Air Shuttle, which uses GEE’s AIRCONNECT IFEC system globally. We look forward to enabling Norwegian to launch its new Caribbean flights with Live TV, the Caribbean’s first free Wi-Fi, music streaming, the latest movies and more."
Norwegian’s new seasonal service to the French West Indies will commence from December 3, 2015.
