The Lufthansa Group has created a new site, mediaworld, which incorporates the debut of Spafax’s new in-flight entertainment (IFE) personalisation platform, which aims to provide passengers with a wealth of information about the programming on upcoming flights via a highly interactive experience.
tThe site is based on Spafax’s PROFILE platform, part of the company’s ICON family of digital products, and features a full list of all movies, television programmes, music and games on board. Visitors can view trailers of films as well as access an electronic programme guide to learn which sporting events will be available via Lufthansa’s live television feed Sport24 (on intercontinental flights). Children’s content is given a special focus for those passengers traveling with their families.
