Air Transat has chosen IFE Services as its new inflight entertainment content service provider.
The agreement, which starts from 1 November 2010, covers the provision of movies, TV shows and audio channels across the airline’s entire fleet. Additionally, IFE Services will meet all of Air Transat’s original production requirements which will include branding and GUI development for the PAC eXcite platform running on the A330 AVOD system.
As part of the agreement, IFE Services will also provide Air Transat with a full suite of technical services including encoding and VOD content management.
