Gogo has officially opened its new global headquarters in Chicago, in the presence of Mayor Rahm Emanuel.
Christened 'The Gogo Building', the new office space will house the company’s commercial aviation business with more than 730 employees and occupying in excess of 230,000 square feet over four floors in the building.
The move from Itasca to Chicago was previously announced in October 2013.
Gogo says it will be able to capitalise on access to other technology tenants located in the building, including Twitter, Fieldglass, Uber and ZirMed.
