“We are excited to collaborate with Chef Tam as she treats every flavor and every dish like a culinary adventure,” says Maarit Keränen, Head of Inflight Food & Beverage Concepts at Finnair. “Our Signature Chef program honors the cuisines of our key markets, and we are proud to have Chef Tam’s menu as a part of our Finnair experience.”

“One of my passions is to bring Chinese cuisine to a broader audience,” says Chef DeAille Tam. “My mission is to give people an experience when they eat, a memory to keep. I think the aircraft is a perfect place for this.”

The airline currently operates to seven major airports in Greater China including: Beijing Capital, Beijing Daxing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Xián and Hong Kong.
