Emirates’ latest Boeing 777-300ER aircraft fitted with the ‘Game Changer’ first class product will debut on the airline’s Vienna route.

The aircraft will operated between Dubai and Vienna on a daily basis from 1 December 2018 with Emirates’ fully enclosed private suites laid out in a 1-1-1 configuration.

Offering up to 40 square feet of personal space each and with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, Emirates say the new private suites on the Boeing 777, “take luxury and privacy to the next level.”

The seats in the new suites recline into a fully flat bed and can be placed in a ‘zero-gravity’ position inspired by NASA technology, to offer a feeling of weightlessness.

The aircraft also features ‘industry first’ virtual windows for suites located in the middle aisle, projecting the view from outside the aircraft using real-time camera technology. For passengers in the other suites, binoculars are available to look at the view from their windows.

Passengers in each suite can also communicate with cabin crew or request room service through a new video call function.

The business class seats are inspired by sports car interiors and feature an ergonomically designed headrest. There are also touchscreen controls for the seat and in-flight entertainment system, personal lighting options, privacy panels between seats, a shoe stowage area, footrest and a personal mini-bar.

Meanwhile, the economy class features ergonomically designed seats with full leather headrests that have flexible side panels that can be adjusted vertically for support.

Emirates flies to Vienna twice daily with both flights operated by its flagship products – the A380 and ‘Game Changer’ Boeing 777 product.

The airline unveiled the Boeing 777 cabins interiors and Mercedes-Benz inspired first class suites in November 2017.
