Delta Airlines (Delta) has come up with a new campaign to draw attention to its recently updated in-flight entertainment (IFE) offering, Delta studio.
The airline has created a game, ‘Delta Cloudgazer’, encouraging players to use their boredom to explore a cloud-filled sky by swiping around and clicking clouds on their computer screens to increase their scores.
The game is over if a player is inactive for more than 30 seconds. The player with the highest score – and therefore the title of ‘Most Bored Person in the World’ – when the contest ends on 21 November will win a flight to anywhere on Delta’s route network they choose.
Delta Cloudgazer’s tagline is #UnBored, with Delta promising that on its flights passengers will never be forced to stare at clouds for long, thanks to the films, television and in-flight gaming selection available through Delta Studio.
