Delta Private Jets, the wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, has launched its new Sky Access online membership programme.
Under the scheme, which offers members unlimited access to empty leg flights in addition to fixed hourly rate private jet travels, members are able to book the whole aircraft without sharing it with others. First-year membership starts at US$8,500 and renewal at $6,000.
Sky Access members can also enjoy no per-leg cost for empty legs; guaranteed availability for domestic flights with 24 hours’ notice on non-peak days; easy online booking through the Delta Private Jets mobile app or Client Portal, and access to a fleet of more than 70 Wi-Fi-equipped aircraft across the US.
“We are delighted to offer this suite of services and options for our Sky Access members at a reasonable price,” said Gary Hammes, president, Delta Private Jets. “In fact, just one empty leg’s value could be greater than the cost of a full Sky Access membership, making luxury travel affordable and a sound investment for those individuals who don’t want to feel like travelers.”
All flights operated use twin-engine jets.
