Data Device Corporation (DDC), a specialist in the design and manufacturing of data networking, power control, and motion control solutions, has completed the acquisition of EMRISE Electronics Ltd, a division of EMRISE Corporation which includes UK subsidiary Pascall Electronics (Pascall).
The buy out expands on DDC’s power solutions capabilities with Pascall producing a range of power systems, RF devices and integrated subsystems for a number of commercial aerospace and defense applications, including in-flight entertainment and connectivity platforms.
In addition, EMRISE Electronics’ other subsidiary, XCEL Power Systems, is also part of the purchase agreement.
