Clay Lacy equips seven new charter aircraft with in-flight Wi-Fi

tttClay Lacy Aviation has added seven aircraft to its charter fleet, which are all equipped with Gogo Biz to offer passengers in-flight Wi-Fi capabilities.ttThe company’s Global Express, Gulfstream G550, Falcon 900EX EASy, Phenom 300 and Hawker 800XP (pictured) aircraft are based at Los Angeles’ Van Nuys Airport. The Phenom 300 also offers a satellite telephone, while the Global Express supports both international and domestic in-flight connectivity services.ttA Learjet 60XR based at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California, features both a satellite telephone and Gogo Talk & Text, which allows passengers to make and receive calls and text messages in-flight using their personal smartphones.ttFinally, Clay lacy Aviation has based a Learjet 60 at McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad, California, with onboard amenities including an XBOX-One, PS4 console and XM radio.ttClay Lacy originally signed a deal with Gogo to retrofit the latter’s services across its charter fleet in 2009 and the retrofit was completed in 2010.
