As part of several new maintenance projects for privately-owned Boeing B737s, AMAC Aerospace will carry out a landing gear overhaul, install an ADSB-Out (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast), a FANS system and a partial cabin refurbishment on a B737 due in Basel for a C3 Check in February 2020.

After carrying out a major maintenance input in October on a Bombardier Global 5000, a customer was very satisfied with AMAC’s work and decided to take the aircraft back to AMAC to undergo a cabin refurbishment. Besides the base maintenance, a privately-owned Bombardier Global 6000 will carry out a cabin interior work at AMAC’s hangar in Basel, Switzerland.

AMAC Aerospace will also welcome a privately-owned Airbus A319 at the beginning of 2020. With a developed STC, AMAC will install a KA-Band system on the A319. This STC has already been used for many clients and will be re-usable for other Airbus A319 customers. A privately-owned Airbus A319 will undergo a 1A, 2A, 1C Check. In conjunction AMAC’s skilled technicians will carry out an ADSB-Out and a FANS installation.
