Blue1 adds Amsterdam and doubles to Paris

Blue1 will launch a new non-stop double daily service between Helsinki and Amsterdam and add a second daily flight between Helsinki and Paris, all new flights beginning on 31 January 2011.

The new routes and frequencies are part of Blue1’s plan to strengthen its position as the airline for the Finnish business traveller. Both routes will be operated with Blue1’s new aircraft type, the Boeing 717.

The morning service to Amsterdam will leave Helsinki at 08:20 daily except Sunday landing in Amsterdam at 10:05, while the evening service will depart daily exccept Saturday at 17:05, arriving in Amsterdam at 18:50.

Likewise in the other direction, the morning flight will operate daily expect Sundays, leaving Amsterdam at 10:45 and arriving in Helsinki at 14:15. The evening service will again run every day except Saturday, departing Amsterdam at 19:40 and landing at 23:10.
