Aer Arann relaunch of Manchester–Kerry service under way

News : Aer Arann relaunch of Manchester–Kerry service under way May 20, 2010

Aer Arann’s Kerry–Manchester service has officially re-launched with the completion of the first flight back on the route.

Aer Arann announced the return of the route in March this year and since then, the airline says, booking figures have indicated real demand for the service. “We are delighted to have our Kerry customers back on board with us from today. Initial support for the route has been excellent which we sincerely hope will continue,” noted Aer Arann chief executive Paul Schütz.

“As one of the UK’s largest international hubs Manchester is a gateway to the rest of the world and with this service we are offering passengers not only a direct link to the city itself but onwards connectivity to international destinations around the globe,” Schütz added. “We look forward to re-building our presence in the south west region over the coming months.”
